For Servokat, a legal solutions company experiencing exponential user growth, finding a digital solution to automate damages claims processes was crucial. Previously, each claim had to be manually processed by an administrator, with damages and fees calculated individually. Contacting all relevant parties, such as insurers and banks, and creating necessary documents for each case were time-consuming tasks. With a growing customer base, this would lead to increased processing times and costs.
The solution
To reduce processing times, minimize costs, and prevent input errors, a platform for digital claims settlement was created using the modular software system iCore by insinno. The Carvokat platform assists accident victims with a transparent, fully digital solution for the entire claims process of traffic accidents. It enables capturing each request in a simple form designed specifically for the administrators, reducing error susceptibility and automatically generating necessary documents for communication with relevant parties such as customers and insurers.
