insinno developed a highly specialized Power Automate desktop workflow for the renowned law firm Seitz Weckbach Fackler & Partner mbB. The workflow automates the creation of files for processing motor vehicle claims: from identifying and downloading cases from a third-party platform to fully automated creation in the RA-MICRO legal software. Thanks to an integrated distribution key, claims are efficiently assigned to the responsible employees. This solution saves time, increases efficiency and enables the team to focus on more complex tasks.

Whats the challenge

The law firm was facing a time-consuming problem. Claims were received through several different technical systems and created as electronic files for further processing. This process was repetitive, prone to error and tied up valuable resources that were needed for client care and case processing. In addition, the training of new employees was time-consuming.

How do we help them ?

The use of Power Automate Desktop has enabled the complete automation of this process:

Email: Reading incoming claims reports via email and reading initial information.

Case identification: The workflow recognizes relevant claims in an external web portal and automatically downloads the claim (PDF).

Data transfer: The PDFs are automatically read, the case data is extracted and the case is created in RA-MICRO with all the relevant data.

Automatic assignment: A distribution key ensures that cases are efficiently assigned to the responsible employees.

Process control: The final step is to create a process control table

Power Automate Desktop is a platform that specializes in the automation of desktop and web processes. The developed workflow works like a digital assistant: it interacts with the insurance platform and the law firm software RA-MICRO just like a human, only faster and without errors.
